Exercise, Hot Weather, Energy Requirements, and Appetite (iRunnerBlog Post)

When the weather started heating up in May, I wrote a post about Ice Slurry Consumption to help reduce core temperature during hot weather exercise.     I have NOT experienced a reduced appetite…it is always roarring!! 😉 The PB and banana ice cream I am going to post next week. It is a good one! I like the pizza hummus recipe too…fabulous!
