Over the weekend I ran around town wearing green and red…oh yes and light-up reindeer antlers. It was a spur of the moment decision to join other red/green/santa hat wearing folks for a totally unofficial “Santa-thon”.
I highly recommend doing something like this. No race fee required.

Diabetic instructors get adtndioial certification to be certified diabetic educators; nutrition can be done by almost anyone with the knowledge, however you gain credibility with adtndioial certs. You must be care however as you can not diagnose any of these conditions in people as that is practicing medicine without a license. Malpractice may be something else you need to look into.
